Fixing common issues
If you have trouble uploading any of the supported content mentioned above, try the following.
- Double-check the size, format or text length
- Delete the card in the block and add it again
- Change the name of your file/content
- Try compressing your file/content using an online tool (e.g. Cloudconvert)
