Plans are linked to companies

  • Your Business plan is directly linked to a specific company
  • This means the active contacts limit applies to that particular company only

Billing cycle

  • Your billing cycle starts on the day you purchase or upgrade to Fuely Super or Fuely Max
  • We'll charge your card automatically on the same day each month (for monthly plans) or year (for annual plans)

Upgrading, downgrading

  • You can change your plan anytime under Billing
  • Want more active contacts? Buy a new plan or renew yours. Your billing period resets from the purchase date.
  • Want fewer active contacts next time? When your current plan expires or you run out of contacts, simply buy a smaller plan.

Canceling

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time in Billing.
  • If you cancel, you'll still have access to your current plan until the end of your billing cycle.

Refunds

  • Just bought a plan? Contact us right away for a full refund
  • Want to downgrade after using Chatfuel? Contact us within 3 days (monthly) or 30 days (annual) of your invoice
