Billing cycle
- Your billing cycle starts on the day you purchase or upgrade to Fuely Super or Fuely Max
- We'll charge your card automatically on the same day each month (for monthly plans) or year (for annual plans)
Upgrading, downgrading
- You can change your plan anytime under

- Want more active contacts? Buy a new plan or renew yours. Your billing period resets from the purchase date.
- Want fewer active contacts next time? When your current plan expires or you run out of contacts, simply buy a smaller plan.
Canceling
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in

- If you cancel, you'll still have access to your current plan until the end of your billing cycle.
Refunds
- Just bought a plan? Contact us right away for a full refund
- Want to downgrade after using Chatfuel? Contact us within 3 days (monthly) or 30 days (annual) of your invoice
