Plans are linked to companies

  • Your Business plan is directly linked to a specific company.
  • This means the chat limit applies to that particular company only.

Billing cycle

  • Your billing cycle starts on the day you purchase or upgrade to Fuely Super or Fuely Max.
  • We'll charge your card automatically on the same day each month (for monthly plans) or year (for annual plans).

Upgrading, downgrading

  • You can change your plan anytime under Billing.
  • Want more chats? Buy a new plan or renew yours. Your billing period resets from the purchase date.
  • Want fewer chats next time? When your current plan expires or you run out of chats, simply buy a smaller plan.

Canceling

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time in Billing.
  • If you cancel, you'll still have access to your current plan until the end of your billing cycle.
