This guide covers when you'll be charged, how to find your invoices, and how to manage your billing information.
When you get charged
Your billing cycle starts the day you upgrade to a Business plan. For example:
- If you upgrade on July 15, future charges will happen on the 15th of each month
- If your payment date falls on a day that doesn't exist in the next month (like January 31), we'll charge you on the last day of that month (February 28)
After each payment, we'll email an invoice to the address in your billing details. For any other charges, you'll receive invoices right after your card is successfully charged.

Upgrading and downgrading
You can change your plan anytime through the

section. Here's what happens when you make changes:When upgrading
- You'll only be charged for the extra days on your new plan
- The new plan and its features become available right away
- You'll see the partial charge breakdown on the checkout page
For example:
If you're on a $50 plan and upgrade to a $70 plan with 3 days left in your billing cycle, you'll only pay:
3 days ÷ 30 days × $20 (price difference) = $2
When downgrading
- No extra fees apply
- You keep your current plan until the next payment date
- After that date, you'll switch to the new plan automatically
Note: If you select a different billing cycle (e.g. annual), your new plan will take effect after the current billing period.
