Chatfuel's Flows is a no-code tool for creating WhatsApp automations. When contacts enter your automation, they'll start in the Main flow.
You can find this default flow in the left pane of the Flows panel.
Main elements
There are two main elements in each flow:
- Blocks — basic elements of your automation (content, action, etc.).
- Connectors — points or dots used to connect one card to the next.
Blocks
Blocks are what you use to build the structure of your flow. They include Fuely AI agent, content and integrations blocks, other actions and integrations.
Connectors
Connectors link blocks together. Drag an arrow from one block circle near the bottom of it to the other.
Make sure your flow doesn't have dead ends where the conversation suddenly stops.
Building a flow
Build your flow step by step
- Add you first Block.
- Click its Connector. A menu will appear where you can choose the next type of block you want to add.
📌 When designing your flow make sure to let users know how to start and exit the automation. Keep things as simple as possible, add crystal clear descriptions.
