You can turn on and turn off your chat widget at any time. Just use a toggle inside the chat widget entry point.
How to turn chat widget on
When you are ready to launch your chat widget, it's time to turn it on.
Click on the toggle inside the entry point. You'll be prompted with the code for your site again.
When the toggle is on, the chat widget will appear on your website.
Possible issues:
- If a widget doesn't appear on your site, check if the code was added correctly.
- If the entry point won't turn on, complete all required fields in the chat widget settings.
- If the entry point still won't turn on, make sure you have at least one block after it.
How to turn chat widget off
Sometimes you want your chat widget off. For example when you need to make some changes or when your site is going through maintenance.
Click on the toggle inside the entry point. When the toggle is off, the chat widget will disappear from your site until you turn it back on again.
