What are AI agents?
AI agents are smart helpers that can do entire tasks on their own. Think Alexa, Siri or Google Assistant. All you need to do is to set a task for them and they act as your virtual assistants.
AI agents use advanced language technology that allows them to communicate with humans in a natural, conversational way, while still being an artificial intelligence (AI) program.
What is Fuely AI?
Chatfuel has its own AI agent called Fuely AI and it performs tasks related to business goals. Like most AI agents it uses large language models like ChatGPT.
But Fuely AI takes it a step further by combining language AI with Chatfuel's deep expertise in conversational marketing and sales. Trained on real-world examples, Fuely is an AI assistant tailored for business use cases right out-of-the-box.
Here are a few examples of what Fuely can do:
- Sales – act as your sales person.
- Customer support – answer questions, connect to human agents if needed.
- E-commerce associate – recommend products and help with orders.
Currently Fuely AI supports GPT-4o and GPT-4o mini.
Fuely AI talks without script
Fuely will talk to people on its own, without a script. You just provide it with enough info and create rules on what it should do in different situations. Let's take a look its customer support skill for example.
All you need to do is add some common questions in the settings for Fuely. It will then provide first-line customer support and answer FAQs. And in case a customer demands to talk to a human, Fuely will send them to Live chat.
Where can I find Fuely AI?
1. Open the Flows tab.
2. Right click on the canvas to open up the menu.
3. Choose a skill that you want.
