Plans are linked to automation

• Your Business plan is directly linked to a specific automation.

• This means the conversations limit applies to that particular automation only.

• If you change the WhatsApp number connected to your Chatfuel automation, your plan will be not stopped.

Billing cycle

• Your billing cycle starts on the day you purchase or upgrade to a Business plan.

• We'll charge your card automatically on the same day each month (for monthly plans) or year (for annual plans).

Upgrading, downgrading

• You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing tab.

• When upgrading, you'll only pay the difference for the rest of your billing cycle.

• When downgrading, the new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Canceling

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing tab.

• If you cancel, you'll still have access to your current plan until the end of your billing cycle.
